Great day, leaders! We are almost at the end of our journey. We are at the point where we are designing infographics that clarify our leadership metaphor and manifesto thinking. Sharing my two drafts with our community. They are simple and will help me in the final step of creating my finalized 1 – 2 page manifesto document.
Final Step
We will synthesize our writing, framework, and metaphor graphic to draft our leadership manifesto. We have done a lot of creating, and I hope you give feedback about our collaboration. When I post my final draft, version 1.0, I will also share knowledge about how to engage students, teachers, other leaders, families and community partners in this learning. This process is a superpower for creating a positive school culture where everyone’s thinking is visible and valued.
