Thank you to each person who has joined in this work. I have learned much more about myself, and I hope you have too.
This manifesto was not shaped by a perfect leader. As I drafted what has worked and is essential, I rejected on my success as well as my failure. Some of what is written is as much about what I learned from pain points as it is from my beautiful leadership memories.
I can’t express enough gratitude to the students, staff, supervisors, coaches, mentors, families, and partners who have been a part of my professional growth, through both difficult and winning seasons.
Thank you again. Please share feedback, questions, and your own work!
